Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a full-time bilingual Automotive Call Center Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls for the Service Department;
Coordinate service appointments;
Make customer satisfaction calls.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English & French);
Must be dynamic and professional;
Effective phone communication skills;
Ability to learn computer systems quickly;
Team player;
Enjoy working with the public;
Experience in a mechanical repair environment will be considered an asset.
