Automotive Call Center Coordinator (Full-Time)

Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a full-time bilingual Automotive Call Center Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls for the Service Department;
  • Coordinate service appointments;
  • Make customer satisfaction calls.
  • Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English & French);
  • Must be dynamic and professional;
  • Effective phone communication skills;
  • Ability to learn computer systems quickly;
  • Team player;
  • Enjoy working with the public;
  • Experience in a mechanical repair environment will be considered an asset.
