COVID-19 Update at Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC

We continue to monitor and adhere to the recommendations and actions in place by public health and the Government of Ontario, and we’re focused on providing you a safe and high-quality shopping experience with us. Our team here at Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC wants to assure our customers and community that we are committed to providing the utmost care for you when it comes to dealership safety and cleanliness.

COVID-19 Dealership Procedures

We have implemented the following safety precautions at Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC across our Sales, Service and Parts departments, from public health agency guidelines:

• Protective gloves and steering wheel covers are always used when inside a vehicle
• Steering wheels, door handles and keys are always sanitized before and after use
• We’ve reduced the number of customers allowed in our dealership at one time to allow for physical distancing
• Physical distancing markers have been placed throughout the dealership in potentially high-traffic areas
• Sanitization stations are available in our three main Sales, Service and Parts areas
• Each vehicle is thoroughly sanitized after each test drive
• Guest areas, working surfaces and common touch points across the dealership are continually disinfected daily
• We are refraining from shaking hands, with each other and with guests
